HOW DO THE TEMPLATES WORK?

CAN I CUSTOMISE THESE TEMPLATES?
Yes! The purpose of our templates is to make your life easy and give you bespoke company documentation. Therefore, the templates are designed for you to be able to add your own logo and information: just look for anything in a [pink bracket] and replace it with your own information.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE DOCUMENTS MORE THAN ONCE?
Once you have purchased the documents you need, you will be sent an email with a link. Just click the link and the document will open on your computer in either Microsoft Word or Excel (depending on the template format). You can only download it once so make sure you save it into your own files on your computer.
DO I GET A DISCOUNT FOR BUYING MORE THAN ONE TEMPLATE?
A discount of 5% is given if you buy three or more templates during a single transaction. Just use the discount code “Package3” at the checkout. We cannot refund the discount after the transaction has gone through so don’t forget!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU ADD NEW TEMPLATE?
New templates are being added all the time so keep an eye out for those. If you sign up to our newsletter, we will update you on what has been added!
